Whistle-blowing
Our Code of Conduct was first published in October 2004. We firmly believe that any problems or suspected violations should be handled by local managers. Our managers are expected to ensure compliance with Our Code of Conduct and create and maintain a work environment in which any problems can be discussed openly, without prejudice.
Only as a very last resort, whistle blowing should be used. At head quarters a team is responsible for handling all such communication.
